Hello, I've played violin for 8 years. It is only in the past year that I have become aware of the tension in my left hand. For whatever reason, I cannot get rid of it! I am currently without a teacher, and will be for some time yet. But do any of you know of any ways to help me loosen up? It is probably one of the biggest things from keeping becoming a very good player, as it does really affect my vibrato(virtually non-existent) and shifting(getting better, but tension!) Also, I am starting to occasionally get some pain because of it. ANY advice will be appreciated! thanks
