As I read the many threads on these pages I note many people questioning Christianity, Faith, the Bible and so on. This is good because it is by questioning that we learn from each other and from other people's experiences. Hopefully, this strengthens our Faith.
Imagine you could ask God just one question. What would you ask Him?
And what do you think He would answer?

I would ask him:
"Why do you love us so much. After humanity has caused so much pain to you, and willingly, and ignorantly brought death and destruction upon themselves. After we constantly turn away and forget your love and sacrifice. You always welcome us back gladly. Why? We are like selfish little children. We do what we want when we want, and when we get a boo-boo, we run to daddy. When you heal us and make us feel better, we run away again. After we use you for our selfish personal gain, and couldn't care less about the thing you really want from us. To love you back. Why do you still love us? I just don't understand. All I can do is thank you, because I will never understand in this life."
He would then say:
"My child, you don't have to understand my love. Just love me and let me love you."

Why did I of all people beat the odds and survive at birth (weighed 2 lbs 11 oz - born in '78) rather then die?
I don't know what God would say to me. The pursuit of real purpose in my life is something that has defined me ever since then though.

wow one_guy that's crazy. I was born in 1991 and i was premature, 6 months i beleive. I don't know how I made it either but I can see God's hand on a dozen occasions in my life too! My parents survived the communist persecution in Romania and then had me! O man praise the Lord for both of us!
I would ask Him what goes on underneath the subatomic level just so that I can finally settle this raving scientific dispute....

I've come to accept being different than others but I would love to ask God Why he made me diferent. I have learning disabilities,add,and ocd!
eta answer-so others can see you being used by me despite all that could set you back from serving me.

Thank you all for your generosity in sharing your stories and questions to God. I feel so humbled just reading them.
Perhaps I would ask Him: Why is it that with so many nice people like yourselves in this world it is still in such a state of unrest?
His answer might be: The "nice people" are the catalyst which will change the world.

I almost died when I was 5 y/o and since then have gone through abuse as a child, so my question would be, Why did you let me live knowing all things?

This, too, is a question for me... In 92 I was in a car wreck that should have killed me. Instead, a lady in the other car died. It really shoulda been me. I would like to know why, to both halves.

Why even create Lucifer knowing the path he would take and the pain it would cause human kind and most of all you?
I don't know the answer He would give, but perhaps it would be something like "You only see my goodness when it is contrasted with the evil of this world."
