Our patient sign-in is a touch screen computer. I feel this should be disinfected at the end of every day. What sort of cleaner can I use that won't harm the screen?

You could probably just use alcohol.

I use a Windex type cleaner(ammonia)that evaporates on a soft cloth or a soft paper towel. Probably it's best to spray the cloth and gently, don't scrub, the glass.

I find that typical anti-bacterial wipes do a good job on LCD screens - just use another soft cloth to dry the screen after you wipe it down with the a-b wipe. Alcohol will take the paint off of the plastic of many computers & monitors - especially silver ones.
