It's not what we eat between Thanksgiving and New Years that makes us fat. It's what we eat between New Years and Thanksgiving.

Not this year. I don't plan on going overboard like usual. I will have one serving of everything I like, and one slice of dessert, then right back on program. I'm planning on looking at it as one meal off on those special days, not a whole day or season long license to eat whatever I want. I'm also not doing any holiday baking that isn't designated to go someplace...no goodies just to have around the house. So nope, I'm not worried about it...THIS year!

Nope. Like others, I try to limit the celebrating to one or two days and not use the season as an excuse to eat more for weeks or months on end. I also do my best to maintain my activity level.
