My personal favorite:
10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.' -Isaiah 41

Here are a couple to get your list started:
Say to those with anxious heart, "Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you." - Isaiah 35:4
Fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, your King is coming, seated on on a donkey's colt. - John 12:15
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. - Luke 2:10

Oh, prairiehiker, my favorite is in the midst of Jesus' discourse on not being anxious from Luke 12. He says:
For this reason I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat; nor for your body as to what you shall put on. For life is more than food, and the body than clothing.
Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; and they have no storeroom nor barn; and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds! . . .
Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.(v22-24,32)
One version renders the last verse 'fear not, little flock'. Oh, I love how Jesus talks to us---how much love, and comfort are in His words, The Word.
