I was elected as a union delegate and couldn't say no cause most people at my work don't like to speak up. Most of them have some degree or other, some even have a masters, yet they are scared to talk. Around 200 employees at my work.
I already had conflict with a team leader and all I want is justice and a fair deal for all. Gee hope I am able to do this without making an enemy out of the boss!
Please pray there is a way>

I will be praying for you. I really understand how you feel. They want be
to be a union steward at my place of employment. I really don't feel
as if I'd be comfortable doing this, and I did turn it down. I agree, a lot
of people are afraid to speak up. God bless you. I will definately be
thinking about you.
