I like to hear both Biblical facts and other ancient times facts. Here is an intersting snippet of info concerning the earliest form of germ warfare: quote:
-- The Everyday Series Decaying bodies of dead animals and human bodies were thrown over city walls to cause disease among the population. Do you have any such facts which relate to early Bible days which you'd like to add to this thread?

One for the girls: quote:
-- The Everyday Series Women enjoyed perfume (still do) throughout the OT but one particular fragrance was so speacial that no woman was allowed to use it. God gave the Levites a formula for the perfume that they used in their tabernacle rituals. The ingredients included myrrh and cinnamon. This heavenly aroma was off limits to everyone else. The Law even forbade anyone from copying the scent for personal use (Exodus 30:4-38).

Sorry - they are taken from the book of that title (i.e. the Everyday Series). There are various books in the series. The two posts above were taken from the Living series.

Prehistoric nuclear warfare. Someone is going to write a novel combining that this theme with the story of Noah.
