Does anyone know anything about www.mailix.net? My bakery has some e-mail accounts on there. I need to contact them for support, but I cannot find any phone numbers or e-mail addresses to contat anyone.
In a nutshell, my website has an e-mail address of info@my storename.com that is owned by www.mailix.net. I can log into that box and get the mail. However, there are 3 alias e-mails which have a first name@mystorename.com. Mine sends mail to my hotmail, although I did not set it up, so I don't know how it does it, and the person who set it up has been gone for 2 years.
What I am trying to do is delete one of the alias e-mails, but I can't find anything on doing that when I log into the info mailbox. And, again, there are no e-mail addresses or phone numbers for contacting mailix.net for help.
