Here's an interesting video that highlights some of the thinking that goes on at the McCain/Palin rallies. It's quite sad really. How anyone can say with a straight face that someone is suspected of being a terrorist because of their name at this day and age is beyond me. It's like they are comfortable in their lack of factual information. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjxzmaXAg9E

Personally, I would call anyone who goes to a rally somewhat irrational by definition. You're often taking time off work and sometimes paying to go down and cheer for some politician, wave signs, chant things, etc, in a massive crowd of people who were going to vote for the guy anyway? But, that's just me, and I've never been big on sports either, so maybe I just don't get it. *shrug*

Oh, this is ridiculous. You could wade through the crowd for either candidate and find either some fringe extremists or ignorant dunderheads....which appears to make up the bulk of this video. I think we can all agree that most folks at these rallies are just normal Americans cheering on their guy....
