William, Is the book fiction or non-fiction? The first three lines work well for fiction, but novels don't generally have subtitles. If it is a novel, you might want to cut the subtitle, which dilutes the punch of the main title. If it is non-fiction, you should make that clear in the description at the top. Just my opinion for whatever it's worth. The first three lines definitely capture my attention. If it is a novel, go for it.
