Hey all,
I'm new to this community but excited to be a part of it!
I do have a question and could use some advice. I am part of a new band that has just released a CD, with a lot of Southern Gospel and Country influences (it's actually difficult to pinpoint a style, maybe ya'll could help?). We are all strong Christians, but we do have a couple of songs that do not specifically mention Christ or the gospel. I must say, the music is actually fantastic (I didn't write any of it, so I can say that!), but that may just be my opinion. I may be biased!
I would really value some folks' input, but I don't think I am allowed to post our website URL (which has the previews of our songs) in this forum (am I?). I'm hoping some of you might be willing to listen to a few of our songs and give me some feedback.
So.... is anyone interested? BTW, I'm 37 years old (lest you think I am some young kid with a garage band) and play extensively in our fantastic and very talented church bands. Our church is very blessed.
