Please pray for my Aunt and Cousin 10/7 - 10/6/2008 8:27:52 PM

My Aunt Georgette is donating one of her kidneys to my cousin Jimmy (her son) because his are shot and he's currently on dialysis. The surgeries are tomorrow, Tues 10/7, and they are both nervous wrecks. Their salvation status is unknown--they both say they're saved, but neither one is plugged into a church. Please pray for salvation and for success in both their surgeries, and peace and comfort for everyone involved (Mom's a nervous wreck, too--this is her younger sister/nephew). Thanks so much!

Heavenly Father,
I pray that you will bless savedbylove112 for asking us to pray for her aunt and cousin.
I pray that you, Gracious Lord, will give each of them Your peace. Surround them with your love and protect them before, during and after the surgery.
I pray for the entire family asking that they feel encouraged by your love.
I pray that the surgeon's hands will be steady and sure, and that you will give all of the medical staff wisdom and focus.
I pray that you will make Jimmy's body whole with a healthy kidney from Georgette, and the kidney will not have any problems.
I pray that their recovery will be speedy, and ask that you bless Georgette's generosity.
Most of all I pray for their salvation. I pray that you will draw them and they will turn to you and give you their lives and hearts totally and completely.
I ask these things in Jesus Holy and Precious Name.
Amen.

I will be praying for their surgeries..I pray that God just brings them peace and comfort
through all of this and calms everyones nerves...I pray that the surgeries go smoothly,
quickly, and that they have no pain, and get plenty of rest..

Thank you for Georgette's loving actions in giving
so unselfishly of herself to help her son;
This reminds me in some way of Your great love for Your children and
how you gave yourself so completely and totally on our behalf.
Please guide the surgeon's during today's operation
and may You be glorified as a result of both their lives in the days ahead.
Thank You that whilst we were still sinners Jesus died for us.
You are worthy of all our praise, glory and honour.
We love You Lord.

Thank you all for your faithful prayers for my Aunt Georgette and my cousin Jimmy regarding the kidney transplant. Praise the LORD, they both got through it with flying colors! My cousin is feeling better already--the kidney kicked in as soon as it was put in place! My aunt should be coming home either tonight or tomorrow--she's in some pain but everything else is OK. My cousin should be coming home next week. Please keep them in prayer for complete healing and alleviation of pain and fear of future health risks, and that the LORD will bring them both closer to Him. Thanks again and God bless you all!

Father,
Thank You for answered prayer!
I ask that you continue to be with Georgette and Jimmy in such a way that they can't help but feel Your holy presence, and that they have a spiritual healing along with the physical.
