They used to have voter registration forms at the Post Office, but I am not sure if they still do. (I used to carry a stack of them around with me and give them to people who weren't registered.) ut I am not sure if you have to do something special after you are purged or not. It *is* important to keep your registration information current. It is easy in my state--you just fill out the new info right on your voter registration card and mail it to the address shown, and they mail you a new card in a couple of weeks.
