Has anyone ever taken Ripped Fuel, does it work and what are the side effects if any?

I'd never heard of it, so did a search. It's a diet pill. From what I read, it's only truely useful ingredient is green tea. Some of the side effects include headaches, insomnia, nausea, stomach aches, and anxiety.
I'd steer well clear if I were you.

I've taken fat burners before (not this one). The good ones only work if you've got everything else nailed down. It wont make up for a lousy diet but if you're eating super clean and working out hard, it can be a slight boost. IMO, anyone who's not a professional bodybuilder (or following that kind of plan) has any business messing with this stuff. You have to really know your body and what it can handle. For most people, these things are just a waste and can indeed be very dangerous.

Tried it about 15 years ago (I think the formula was different then and the FDA took a few of the ingredients in it off the market) and it caused my blood pressure to skyrocket. Doctor said I was very fortunate to not have had a stroke.
Use extreme caution with any over the counter suplements. Know the effects of each ingredient and possible interactions with any medicines you may be taking.

I don't know about "addictive", but I have met a couple of serious bodybuilders I would call "obsessed".

For safer diet supplements, try: CLA, Carnitine, Green Tea, Fiber supplements.
