Archeologists discovered a sarcophagus fragment identified with one of the high priests who served in the Second Temple. The fragment made of hard limestone, discovered in salvage excavations along the security fence north of Jerusalem, bears the inscription "Ben HaCohen HaGadol" (son of the High Priest). It's always amazing how much history is just below the surface. Always makes me wonder if 1000 years after I'm gone, someone may dig me up. "He looks a bit thinner but the hair (or lack of it) is still the same!"

Yeah... I can see it now. A thousand years into the future, some "Indiana Jones" type will be excavating the vast tropical rainforest of the Missouri valley and in the midst of these strange ruins will some poor soul in the remains of what seems to be a coffee shop... "It seems this highly primative form of humanity worshipped these strange electronic boxes called 'computers'... just look at the pocket protector, the duct taped glasses, the slight curvature of the spine and the apparent lack of social graces... And to think we take these cranial implants for granted. People used to have to sit in certain places to access this informaton nexxus called 'the internet' and actually WAIT for their information to appear. Such a sad tale these people must have been... I bet if there is a colony nearby we can find a perfectly preserved specimen of that ancient device called 'cell phones' too!" Adam

I think if I had life to live over again I would have become an archaeologist. But I'll have to settle on being a metallurgist by day and an armchair historian/archaeologist by night since Shirley McClaine and I do not share the same beliefs about the afterlife! Grandpa was a blacksmith, so I guess I am in the family line of work! Anyway, keep those "digs" going on the internet! It's fun peeking over your shoulder at your latest find!
