Has anyone else seen this yet? I just saw it and it's probably my favorite film thus far this year. Here's the trailer (click trailer at the bottom of the page): http://www.thefallthemovie.com/ It's kind of like a much darker version of the "Princess Bride," filtered through a Jodorowski sensibility of art direction. It also reminded me a bit of recent fantasy films about young girls, "Pan's Labyrinth" and "Tideland." The same director did "The Cell" from a few years ago, which I thought was kind of dumb, but pretty to look at. Suppossedly they did the whole film with no CGI, which if true (and I'm not sure it is), is amazing.

@Brandy, I'm not a crier (and didn't cry at this), but the ending is very emotional and very effective, so I think bringing tissues wouldn't hurt just in case. Apparently there really was no CGI used, which again, is completely amazing. Everything was shot on location in India, using real buildings and architecture. One of the film's best shots of the men in black walking up and downstairs (it's the picture on the homepage's opening page), was really just a drained water reservoir. And yes, they actually painted that entire city blue! Here's an interview with the director where he talks about the technical side of the film: http://rogerebert.suntimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080603/PEOPLE/868926055
