We should have some one who checks up on The Gospel Of Money ministries.
You see the Christian Community does not like to say anything, because they FEAR to do so, because they think they are attracting Gods anointed. You have to realize that all ministries are not God Anointed.
The Gospel Of Money Preachers are not preaching LOVE OF OTHERS they are preaching LOVE OF SELF, and that is wrong.
They are Preaching what God HAS TO DO FOR YOU, but God is SOVERIGN and does not have to do anything for anyone except what GOD wants to do.
Just because I do something for God does not mean that God HAS to do something in return. We are servants of God. He is not servant to us...I hope you understand the meaning of sovereignty.
Did not Jesus say that when a slave comes back to the house from doing his or her work that they do not sit at the table with the master, but go and prepare the dinner for him!
It is HIGH TIME that believers learn that we are not Christians to become RICH. We are SLAVES TO CHRIST.
If God does give you wealth...It is to help others....When Your Cup Runs Over..What Do You Do With The Excess? Do You Give It To Others, Or Do You Keep it????
We work for him and do what He tells us to do. We have no say so in the matter.
OH! We can ask of God, but it is up to God to do for us as He wishes. Not what we demand, or what we think we should get because we did something for God.
Our JOB Is doing SOMETHING FOR GOD.
does not the Bible say we should not be PUFFED UP?
1 Cor. 4:6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and [to] Apollo's for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think [of men] above that which is written, that no one of you be PUFFED UP for one against another.
1Cor. 4:18 Now some are PUFFED UP, as though I would not come to you.
1Cr 4:19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are PUFFED UP, but the power.
1Cr 5:2 And ye are PUFFED UP, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
1Cr 13:4 Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not PUFFED UP,
Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly PUFFED UP by his fleshly mind,
By the way PUFFED UP means BRAGGING to God about what you have done for HIM.
Jesus told Paul through Ananias to tell Paul how many things he must SUFFER for the Kingdom. He did not say...Go tell Paul how much money I am going to give him.
ABSURD to think such a thing.
The Disciples, and Paul, and all other Christians only had what God gave them, and they only preached the word of SALVATION not get RICH.
THAT MY FRIENDS IS WHY THE GOSPEL SPREAD AS FAST AS IT DID, AND WHY POWER WAS GIVEN TO THE SAINTS TO WITHSTAND ALL THE HARDSHIPS THAT WERE PUT UPON THEM.
Today we worship with a FEEL GOOD MYSELF attitude, and when the Rubber meets the road someday, I bet more than half the so called Christians of today will take the Mark if they are still here after the rapture of the REAL SAINTS.
Real Saints are those who have faithfully kept their eyes on Jesus, and faithfully followed Him, and, faithfully listened to His Holy Word, and faithfully did as it says.
Some one, even if it is not a Christian Group has to check out these Money Gospel Preachers....They are NOT, and I Say NOT preaching the true Gospel. They preach it out front, but behind the scenes they are for themselves, and it is high time we open our eyes and see it.
Does not the Bible teach that the Devil masquerades as an angel of light, and goes forth as a Roaring Lion?
2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
People, including myself....
We have to start getting back to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and get away from this NAME IT CLAIM IT GOSPEL OF MONEY PREACHING, because I think way down in each of our hearts we know it is not right. It is wrong.
Jesus said, "Not every one that saith, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father, which is in heaven. MANY will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? AND IN THY NAME DONE MANY WONDERFUL WORKS?" And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (lawlessness) Matthew 7:21-23.
The true Gospel..The Way Jesus Christ Preached it, The Way Peter Preached it, the Way Paul preached it, is the way it SHOULD BE PREACHED TODAY.
Where have the Billy Sundays, Charles Spurgons, Oliver Greens, etc. gone?...They would turn over in their graves if they were in their graves...{they are in Heaven with our Lord.} if they could hear some of the preaching going on today.
The Gospel is not for SELF...It NEVER WAS FOR SELF...It has always been for the SAKE OF OTHERS. Jesus Bless,
