Web-based church management software can be accessed from any computer that has internet access. This means that staff members don't have to be dependent on one computer, they can work from almost any location. Whereas, Windows-Based CMS typically runs on Microsoft windows. They can be a single user or network-based church management software. Any suggestions on CMS?

To me, CMS means content management system.

Web based also means you loose control of the data. If the company that you are using over the web goes out of business, what happens to the data? Does it get sold to the highest bidder? Do you really want all that personal data floating out there someone where? How do you know that the Web based company is who they say they are and not some data mining company or worse?
