I keep the smileys page open in a separate window which is sized smaller than the replies box. I just highlight the url and drag it into the text box. The page I use is here

OK .... ACTIONS, at the top of the screen, is just describing the kinds of smilies there. IF you scroll down you'll see colors. And then lots of other pages with lots of other smilies.
You you highlight the URL on the right side next to the smilie you want you can copy that and paste it into the post box in CW. OR ... highlight it, and then click again and keep the mous button pressed down (with that window smaller) and then drag the mouse pointer over to teh post box in CW.
I think it's easier to do ctrl+c

That would have taken me months...maybe years.

Sure would like to know, if that is how it is supposed to be done!
It is easier than typing in the entire URL.
April, I'm not quite sure how you're doing it from that. If you look to the right of each smiley you'll see a line of code in between an {img} and {/img} tag (replacing the [ and ] with { and } so they show up in here). Just copy all of that and paste it in here and it'll work just fine :)
