What would really be good on there is for one of the characters to get married and have a family. McGee would be good for that. He reminds me a lot of Bud on JAG. McGee could be put into situations similar to those faced by Bud.

Yeah! That's a good point, Jeff! McGee does remind me of Bud. I LOVED Jag. David James Elliot was just too gorgeous for me. I'd probably melt into a big puddle o' goo if I ever met him.

I loved Bud and I ADORE McGee. He's such a cutie pie.

I watched the episode last night.

I did not see the phone number incident as anything other than Courtney wanting to connect with Ziva as a friend. They had some connections - the horses, etc. - Ziva was giving Courtney pointers as a newbie (albeit giving them a bit unwillingly). And Ziva brought it up to Tony to rub his face in it.

It's pretty amazing (in a "the writers make it such" sort of way, of course) that of all the cadavers donated for science, Ducky happened to work on the one that would bring down a terrorist cell eraser.

ziva is in love with tony (i think), and it wasn't implied in any way that ziva and courtney were going to start a relashionship beyond Ziva being a mentor or friend. i don't think courtney has any friends....

ziva was just enjoying the fact that tony didn't get her number (he gets all the girls numbers if he wants them).

I enjoyed the episode tonight. I didn't think that the wife was going to turn out to be the killer.

As a guy, I really like the fact that for the second week in a row they had a very pretty woman from outside the team help with the investigation. I'd like to see both of them more often!

I liked that the girl from the director's office was a germaphobe or whatever you call it.

And I loved the interaction with Abby and everyone in the lab when she kicked them all out - priceless.

This was great! Abby is my favorite. I think it's her attitude. She obviously loves what she does and is serious about it, but she is willing to have a bit of fun with things too. And the hair works too!! The bummer around here is that I rarely get to watch a show from start to finish as it comes on during bedtime routines for the kiddos.

Blessings,

Garsy

Last night was great. The germophobe got on my nerves, and it was obvoius she was afraid of Gibbs....until he told her "good job" at the end and she felt vindicated.

I thought when McGee rescued DeNozo was a sweet part, too. A bonding moment, of sorts.

I'd like to see Ziva and Tony together....but you know they'll play that out forever!!!

Yep, great episode, and I echo all the posts made so far. I'd love to see the germaphobe come back as a recurring character. I liked her a lot! (And hopefully she won't be a recurring character like ... Parker's snuggle-bunny.)

I'm just glad that NCIS is not turning into JAG, that show was awful. Since when do a bunch of lawyers go into Afghanistan to fight terrorists? What are they gonna do them, SUE THEM?

I really did think that the first episode was a bit much, what does La Gran We (forgive the spelling) have to do with NCIS, not much as far as I can see.

As far as this week's episode, I thought the wife did it about half way through. Especially when I found out that the husband had lots 'o money. Always look for the spouse that's having an affair and how much insurance he or she has.

I don't watch much TV but NCIS is my favorite.

I disagree with your assessment of JAG. It was a great show, espcially when Admiral Chegwidden was on there.

As far as how the Frog fit in to the storyline, it was established on the JAG episodes that served as the pilot for NCIS that NCIS also fought terrorists in addition to investigating crimes. Since the Frog was an international arms dealer who sold weapons to terrorists, it was only natural that NCIS would go after him. The Directors obsession was a little over the top but going after an arms dealer fits in nicely with the overall premise of the show.

Oh, JAG was a great show. I loved it and was very sad to see it go off the air.

NCIS is great. Enjoyed the replay Saturday night of that halloween episode from last year.

Man, last night's episode was a little weird. Seemed like they left a bunch of loose ends, which kind of got to my mom, who said "that ended kind of dumb." I had to agree a little bit. Think Gibbs knew about the airstrike? And think someone will die next week? Seems like they wanted you to think that.

What do you mean, Think Gibbs knew about the air strike? He obviously did, because he saw it. Or are you referring to him knowing beforehand? I don't think he did - I think they figured the best way to beat those Russians was to escape from them.

Our station cut off the preview for next week (they do that often ), so I'm not sure about next week.

Tricia...in the preview...basically they showed Denozo pulling Gibbs out of something under water and then Gibbs and someone else laying out on a dock with denozo giving mouth to mouth to the other person. I can't remember who the other person was though. They made it sounds like someone will die...we shall see though.

The other one was Ziva. She and Gibbs were lying on the dock together, apparently unconscious.

What's the deal? On The Unit, next week someone is supposed to die or something, too. C'mon, folks, this is not the season finale!

Is November a sweeps month? I didn't see the preview, but Tony giving mouth to mouth to Ziva gives them way too much material for them to waste by killing her off. It will probably be used to get Tony to realize he cares for Ziva. But before that, there will be lots of jokes about the two of them.

ahhh.....so it wasn't Ziva that he pulled out.

Very good one...I liked that it really didn't have much gore...I don't like that part of some of them. Kind of predictable, but I am not sure that wasn't intentional. It's nice to get more little things about Gibbs past though.

I hate to be a wet blanket, but I must say that the "coming to" of Gibbs at the end was unrealistic. If he nearly drowned, he would've coughed up some water, not just come to like he was asleep or something.

I stand corrected. Man, I almost thought that episode was gonna be a two-parter. At any rate, it was pretty interesting to see how they wound up in the water. Why didn't Gibbs turn the wheel, stick it in Drive, and drive away instead of going backwards into the water?

On another note, did anyone notice that it's coming on a little different now? Now, they're showing the opening sequence, then credits, then immediately continuing the show instead of cutting to commercial. They started it about 2-3 weeks ago, and I noticed it immediately, but didn't mention it on here.
