Does that make Fritz the Anti-Christ???????

If you re-arrange the some of the letters of his name, it spells "Bad Elf" which means he is in league with Satan Claus!

It all depends on how cosy Fritz is with Javier Solana... get the two of them mixed up, and you'd send "End Times" to the moon!

Is it a sin to be abducted by aliens? Does it make a difference if I was standing on top of a high mountain trying to signal them with a flashlight right before it happened?

Anybody like the new "fill in the blank" translation of the Bible?

Folder: God

My husband takes the scriptures very seriously. He does not believe it pleases the Lord when we consume extravagance. Thus, he removed all salt, pepper, coffee creamer, sugar, vinegar, spices, etc., from our home when we married. He believes that anything which enhances the Lord’s natural flavors is a sin.

However, I have been sneaking Coffeemate Hazelnut creamer into my coffee while he is away at work. (I have poured it into an old tin can in the back of the fridge so that he doesn’t notice.) I have great fear! I am not submitting to my husband! If he finds out, he will know that I am not an excellent Proverbs wife, and I will be brought to great shame before him and the Lord.

I’ve also stolen salt from restaurants to use in secret, and I’ve stolen handfuls of flavored coffee beans from the store when he wasn’t looking. So now I have also sinned against the Lord because I have stolen.

Will God forgive me?

The Bible:

I was reading the part in the Bible about the Prayer of Jabez. This post isn't really about that, but I was just wondering:

We all know we will get rich beyond all measure if we say the Jabez prayer, so I am trying to apply other Biblical truths to my life. The one I am currently doing is the Samson Driven Life. I have been growing my hair out for months now and see no increase in my physical strength.

What am I doing wrong? And where can I find some Phillistines to test it out?

Morality & Ethics:

I found out that all the department stores in my town employ gays, the grocery stores sell fattening foods and cigarrettes, the gas station sells lottery tickets and booze, and the mayor has been divorced and remarried 3 times.

Should I boycott America and move to Madagascar?

The PETA Bible: all animal cruelty references removed such as Jonah and the Whale, Balaam and the talking ass, and Daniel in the lion's den.

Regarding the parable of the sower and the seed on rocky soil: Luke 8:13 Those on the rock are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away.

My house is on very rocky soil. Does this mean I should move? I don't want to fall away in my faith...

Christian Doctrine:

Was there someone important in the Bible named Andy? We were singing hymns at church, and there was this one song called "In The Garden"- the chorus goes like this:

Andy walks with me
Andy talks with me
Andy tells me I am his own....

I visited this new church and they were passing around this plate of money. When I reached in to take some of it, one of the ushers got upset. What's up with that?

It is obvious from the Bible that God and Heaven are north-

Psa 75:6-7 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

Psa 48:2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

So what's all this fuss about 'Southern' Gospel? Obviously any music that comes from God will come from the north.

Morality & Ethics: I work for a large corporation that makes money off of products made in a country where people are being slaughtered. I want to quit my job and protest the slaughter, but my parents won't let me and I'm having a hard time finding another job. I know my company isn't directly related to it, but my uncle's step-brother's cousin says by working for my corporation, even though it is helping people, is responsible for the killings because it is part of America. I'm so confused.

I heard that in the book of acts, Stephen was stoned. Did they really have marijuana back then?

Why are Bibles written in other languages? If Jesus spoke English, shouldn't that be good enough for us?
