I own the first one plus VOICES OF CHRISTMAS with Brian, Ivan, Mike, & Tim. I think they have done 3 or 4 new Christmas CDs & a video. I have them all, just not all of the remakes they've been doing lately.

I own:
• Voices Of Christmas
• Home For The Holidays
• A Gold City Christmas (first release)

I love all three of them!

My favorite Gold City Christmas song would have to be Carol Of The Bells. (I love Tim's part!)

I played all of these CDs twice yesterday. We have been traveling a lot the last week, so My Cds are getting quite a workout.

Sony,
You already gave away your age in another thread! And don't worry, if I remember correctly you're only 10 years older than me! (but then again, that makes you 10 years younger than my mom!)

How can I be 10 years older than you when you are the "Senior Member"? Maybe that's a question for Kerrlaw.

LOL! That actually has to do with how many posts you've made. I remember Senior Member is 500 posts and super member is 2500 posts.

I think that's right.

I wish they had something new when you hit 10,000 posts. That would have given me something to aim for!

Now I guess I just have to wait for hitting 50,000.

That's good to know. I thought maybe someone just like Daniel and you a whole lot, Matt a fair amount, and I'm just ordinary. I guess there's hope for me yet.

Someone likes us ALL a whole bunch! I would make ya guess, but since we all like GOSPEL music, I'd say we all know who that Someone is.

Sometimes I'm not sure just how much they like me...at 11280 posts within the past year, I've used up a lot of their bandwidth!

(By the way--my 11280 posts are only within the past year. They drop off all posts after that. So I've really made somewhere between 15,000 and 16,000 posts.)

By the way, if you're one post short of a landmark post count, you can always post in the "milestones" thread.

Senior in knowledge perhaps!

That explains Daniel as well!

Have you heard Keith Plott's version of that last note? It's amazing! "Doooooong."

Ya know, I never heard that awesome depth in his voice on any other BFA project with him on it.

Well, Ricky Free produced their Christmas album. Maybe that had something to do with it. Think how awesome a job he could do to Jeremy Lile's voice. It's awesome anyways, but if he could bring out never-before-heard depth in Keith's voice... wow!

Ah well... better get this thread back on topic and/or switch our conversation to the BFA thread.

What are the key differences for Carol Of The Bells by GC and BFA? Or do they both sing the song in the same key?
