Morning, Debdear!

Thought I'd pop in and say hello before I hit the trail tomorrow. I will be spending the night with friends, getting ready to go, so this might be my last chance to be here before I leave.

Delighted to hear that the chair works again, and that I won't have to have an unpleasant (for THEM) conversation with the folks who were messing with you.

I bet you're feeling so much better being mobile again. I know I'd be frustrated if I couldn't get around.

As my tag-line indicates, I put photos of my wheelchair repair process in my blog. I wanted to alert those of you who so faithfully supported me in prayer to this entry as a way of thanking you for praying.

Great pictures, Deb. I was hoping that the reason you weren't posting was that you were out having fun. Look out Boston!

Was there any doubt as to why I wasn't posting?

The guy didn't come till after 4:00, and he had been very tempted to reschedule (he'd had a frustrating day), but my chair is fixed. It will take two weeks for the new batteries to work up to their peak, but then...Freedom Trail, here I come! Praise the Lord! Again, thank you for all your prayers.

WOOHOO DEB!

So far, you're all staying within my diet, for which I'm grateful!

Who's bringing the Motown music? That's my favorite for parties!

Having typed that last post, I was compelled to start my Motown playlist on Windows Media Player. "Dancing In The Street" by Martha and the Vandellas! Now, that's party music!

Now I do like Motown, The Supremes, The Commodores, Stevie Wonder, etc. There were many good groups at the time! And oh yeah, they do have Boys To Men also, but they were a 90's group instead.

BTW Deb, did you ever like that Rod Stewart tune "The Motown Song" that came out in the early 90's as well?

Sorry Deb! I had to head off to my friend's wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and great to see 2 people starting their marriage with God as the head!
