Hey everybody! Yes, I'm back. Tried to get online last night, but was so exhausted that I fell asleep at the computer, having not even logged on to CW.

No, I haven't baked the neighbours. They are still safe, but most of their tummies are happy. Some couldn't have the cakes. The rest got a shock to see somebody actually giving something away for the pleasure of blessing others. I'm exhausted, so I'll go to bed now and come back again another time. Talk to you again soon.

Hi everybody.

Sorry I couldn't come in yesterday. We've had thunder and lightning and it wasn't safe to come online.

Later today, I have my first session with the rehabilitation physiologist. I'm not looking forward to it.

Hey everybody.

I wondered how long it was going to take for somebody to pick up on Ray's baking comment.

The exercise session went ok. Left me feeling pretty sore and getting sorer the more time goes on. My next session is Thursday. We're going to be doing twice a week to start off with, and then take it up to three times a week. I was doing weights, the pilates machine, the bike and a whole pile of other things. Next time, I'll be doing the hip machine, the treadmill, and some other things.

Yep, Denny's humour is twisted, but I know an Australian who also has a twisted sense of humour. LOL!

Did the physiologist recommend anything for the soreness? Would hot baths help?

Put the physiologist on the machines while YOU take a hot bath.

She just said cold icepacks. It's a bit hard when it's sore all over now.

Got my next session in about 11.5 hours from now.

I'd prefer the hot bath.

How mant physiotherapy sessions willl you have? Will the pain decrease?
