I've been diagnosed for about 7 weeks now. I think it's been going on now for about 2-3 years though.

Hey Trish. It took them a while to diagnose Mom. At first they thought she had a stroke.

She has fibromyalgia. It first appeared like a stroke though. She lost feeling in the left side of her body. Her face was droopy. Its gotten a lot better now that she is being treated. She feels a lot better when she eats low carb. She is disabled now. Between the fibromyalgia meds and the meds for her disabling migraines, she has trouble funtioning normally.

I am tired from work (yeah I said it)...But tired in a good way, an I am doing what I am meant to do kinda way.
