Hey, Ed, you know I'm from NY originally! That baby pic was taken in, wow, they've changed the name of the city a few times over the years ... it's in Westchester County.

Well I just thought I'd give a testimony on how God answers prayer! I've been hesitant to join my church because while I've been able to connect with the music ministries, there hasn't been any small groups age appropriate to my situation (ie. they're either married with bunches of babies or 20 years older than me). And I didn't necessarily want to be part of a singles group, but just people my age in general where it didn't matter what your relationship status was).
Anywho...our church is in a very young demographic area and we get visitors all the time in my age bracket. But, they never stay because there's no where to plug them in to.
The cell group leader just asked me today if I would consider starting up a 25-35 yr old cell group and lead it. Apparently after 3 months of me saying "there's nowhere to plug myself into" he's finally seeing a need. PTL! I told him I'd def pray over the situation and let him know. Just the fact that the church is ready to proceed with this opportunity is a blessing in itself.
