hi! i'm jenna and i'm new to crossdaily.com, it's a pretty cool place! i'm a missionary kid currently living in indonesia. i like to do almost anything interesting...especially anything to do with music. i love to sing, play guitar & piano (i'm not very good though), or just listen :) i love being a missionary kid (most of the time), and i love God with all my heart!
well.....i guess that pretty much covers it![sm=wave.gif]

Hi! A little about myself.....I've been playing guitar for about a year and a half, I'm a complete music freak, lol[;)] and my dream is to minister to people through music. I would love to have the opportunity to play in my youth group again but unfortuneatly the sr. high youth band isn't welcoming any new additions to the band right now...[&:]

thanks for the welcome everyone ;) I like just about any kind of music! I wish I could play it all...but mostly I just play worship songs :)

Hey cool:) i didn't realize i got another reply...Well, i love all kinds of music. I'm totaly hooked on folk rock right now, and if you don't kow what that is...well...i'm not surprised.lol. you can look up some of my favourite artists(i'll put my favourite songs, some aren't as good as others)
Snow patrol - run, chasing cars
Damien Rice - cannonball, amie, older chests, the blower's daughter
Brian Rowe - will you find him on the net?? No clue:) My friend went to Bible school with him...he's really awesome.

So how long have you been playing guitar, JaketheJesusFreak? I've been playing for a little over a year, and yeah...I'm not the greatest, but hey, i'm improving:) I've been playing piano for...this is my fourth year. ...
I'd love to write more, but my english class is now beginning:)

Well...I thought i posted a reply to you yesterday, JaketheJesusFreak...but aparantly not, seeing as it's not here. Anyway, yeah. I'm totaly into music. I've been playing guitar now for...almost a year and a half. I'm no great, but not terrible either. How long have you been playing for ? I've also been playing piano for....this is my fourth year. I'm learning to do chording by ear...as in taking guitar chords and playing piano music to go along with it and totaly figure out the entire piano piece by ear....it's really fun, and it's a great tool for music ministry (worship teams and such)
What KIND of music do i like? well...mostly anything. Except rap. Gross. i really hate rap. I have to be the mood for hip hop, but hey. that's okay. My favourite artists(i'll put my favourite songs of theirs too) are:

Snow Patrol - chasing cars, run
Kutless - a whole lot of their stuff
Brian Rowe - a bunch of his stuff, but i doubt you've ever heard of him...My friend went to Bible school with him. I have no idea whether he'd have a web site or not, but if you like acousitc stuff, i highly recommend him....

I listen to: Rock mostly i'm flexible to what kinds I like alternative and emo as long as it isn't nasty or rude. I also like christian rock bands like, switchfoot, relient K (of course), blindside, nevertheless, flyleaf... I know all about most all music I gues it's my hobby lol. OK! wheew I haven't been on in ages (I'm starting to rinkle[;)]) well to answere whoever posts these questions and answeres (lol everybody is replying to my questions and I am getting confuzed but I will try to keep up)
HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN PLAYING GUITAR: I have been playing guitar since about april of last year, but I diden't play at all for a few months, I can play chords (only) and I like listening to music and playing along with it (or trying to) lol

MUSIC:I like all kinds really, but I am heavy into pop/rock like Fall out boy (they are my favorite), Panic at the disco, coldplay, kelly clarkson, bowling for soup, three days grace,simple plan, greenday, the all american rejects, avril levigne, the black eyed peas etc bands like that (that is only a little bit of the bands, I could go on and on) well I do like SOME rap (like nelly) but an't to heavy in it, some country an't to bad.................. if I am trying to go to sleep lol reliant K an't bad, they are cool, I like snow patrol too, and BLUE OCTOBER!!!! and I will be playing piano starting at like christmas. Oh I am a writer too!!!!! well btw you all can call me Jake, Jakob or weirdo or something like that cuz JaketheJesusfreak seems like a mouthfull lol well I hope I have answered all the newb's questions, hope I get to talk to ya soon, sounds like we are all going to be friends lol
