Rach, I'm sorry if it seemed like I was trying to get you to explain your marriage. Please know that I'm not. I know you two love each other and I'm just glad that you have each other. I'm just looking forward to the day when you'll be under the same roof full time. Ok, time for me to be quiet before I dig myself in even deeper.

.... this morning the school is having a convocation to announce all the new hires...  Yippy for me.
It's also raining hard... I decided not to dress up.... and I actually took my sandals up and rolled up my jeans to get into the office.... the water in the parking lot gets deep...
I had to smile at God this morning...
Our apartment complex is built on an old rice field... and every time I walk my dog.... I see holes in the ground from the crawdads... but I've never seen one...
This morning... it was raining sooo hard.... that I saw crawdads floating in the water on the side walk in front of my apartment.... 
It just hit me as funny.... like a secret smile from God... 
The ducks outside are lovin' the rain....
I'm off to get a cup of coffee!

Today was not a good day to wear my Bass Sandals... we had to wade through a bunch of water to get into the building... I have cold and wet toes!!  (I did bring a small hand towel, though... so I'm drying off as I type! )

This morning, I got up and got all pretty for work... only to be rained on while I took the dog out potty....
Then to be drenched as I made my way to my car.... and then from my car to my building.... My hair literally looked like I just stepped out of the shower and didn't dry off...
.... uuummm...... so did my clothes.
I brought an extra shirt and a towel.... next time... I will just bring another dry set of clothes!!!
I wore tennis shoes so my toes wouldn't be cold today.... but now.... they are soaked. lol!!
It's gonna be a great day here in Beaumont!

You know.... I've been thinking about some stuff that I will probably blog about later... but mostly.... I'm thinking about how God doesn't tell me stuff all in one conversation.... our conversations seem to be spread out across days... sometimes weeks.... before I start understanding....
I'm sooo thankful God knows how I learn.... and how it takes a while for the good stuff to sink in....
He's great...

Not real well, no.
I can make out your avatar is a cat smelling a flower, but I couldn't tell you what colour etc. Only because it's big. Things like Bill's avatar though, I can't make out what it was. I had to ask.

Rain can be a real bummer sometimes!
Also, I am always amazed how personal all of our relationships with Jesus are! He is very specific to each of us individually, speaking to us each differently and distinctly, etc.

My boss came into my office this morning and asked me if I'd like to have a laptop for work. (Of course it belongs to our department....)
For the life of me... I can't imagine why I need a desktop AND a laptop!!! 
apparently.... it's the norm for this position.... and we just got in a bunch of new laptops...
I said, "Yes?"  lolol!!
