Thanks for the tip on the space heater... I'm regretting giving my wool socks to GoodWill before we left Indiana!! 
The girls and I should make cookies next week... maybe a couple of kinds... cookies are sooo bad for me!!!
..... oh... I guess that's why I'd be baking them for others?? 
What would I do without you guys!!!

Oh, it gets cold down here. Evan tried skating across the deck on the ice one year and dislocated his shoulder.

I was driving back from an errand earlier... and I saw two rain clouds next to each other... each pouring rain.... and between them? SUNSHINE!!! (not a drop of rain!)
The clouds are different here... I love them... the land here may have a little more to be desired... but the sky!!! It's like a present from God!!

i was reading back on page 3.....  lol and found this webpage about findyourplace.....or something like that.....well, i took the test.....and my number one spot is in the state i've had twirling around my head......lol better not tell my mom.....she'll have me moved out there next week!

Yes, it is! I think that it may have recommended places in Washington State too. And oh yeah, other places in the midwest such as Omaha also...
