Happy Day After 4th of July!!!

Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo every one! I hope every one is having a nice easy rest today after yesterdays activities? I was to much in pain at the time to go watch the fireworks. But I sure did hear them and saw a few even. We normally sit outside back in our porch and watch the fireworks. It ws to cold outfor me though.

Helloooooooooooooooooooo Ginny! Welcome back! I remember you a liottle bit. I understand where you come from about people having their own personal threads. That threw me for a loop falsot, but only for a little while well, maybe more than a little while. I'm glad you stopped by to visit me and say hello!

Hee is some more news that has been happening over here.

Things are doing ok over here. I still have a little pain because of the shingles but every day the pain is getting less. All though on some days I feel like I have some pain flare ups . Both Bo and I wish the pain would go away like yesterday! Bo is on vacation right now. He started his vacation on Thursday afternoon. We went out to eat to celebrate the good news! Then we made a couple of other stops to. Then we came home and rested.

My home bound stay, or it feels like house arrest some times end this coming week! I will be sooooooooooo glad when this is all over! All though it was nice at the beginning. Now I don't need it. I will still be sticking close to home though. Mainly because of the gas prices. Oh! Bo and I are planning a camping trip on my birthday! Now we just need to figure out what days so that I can get the oxygen machines over there. I am looking forward to it!

That's about all for now. Every one have a blessed day or night in the Lord!

Hi, Mo, glad your pain is lessening daily. It's so good that you and Bo can go camping. You are a brave one!

Hi MO, glad to hear that you are getting better! And I heard you about being housebound as well. I have been fighting a bug and it has seemed to have me house ridden. Also, a few weeks ago I had hurt my back as well and that kept me home for a week also.

Good for you MO. I agree with what someone else said you are brave. Is it a RV camp, a camp with tents already made up, or one in which you have to bring in your own tents and camping equipment.

The only time I've gone camping has been at a campsite where the tents are already up and ready. All we had to do was bring our sleeping bags and cooler. Grills were right there for us to cook on too.

Ginny

Helloooooooooooooooooooooooo every one!

Thank you Maggie for telling every one wher I went over the weekend.

I would have mentioned it myself but I was still not certain enough if I was going to be able to go. Against my parents wishes (and I was feeling good) we took off Friday morning. There was a lot of pressure on my mind wondering if I was going to be able to handle all of this or not. Also I was wondering if I would have a relapse when I got back home. Thats what my parents don't want to happen, a set back.

We got there and had camp set up by 2 in the afternoon, I beleive. In May we bought a bigger tent and I was bound and determined to use it. As well as it being my biirthday weekend. Bo and I thought that maybe getting away from things would help me. And so far I think it has. Just pray that I don't have a relapse like my parents are expecting. Sigh.

Before we left I had another bout of me not wanting to eat. I'm not sure why I get those but I do. And we were all afraid of my health because of that. My parents even took me to a Doctor. I think the "get away" has helped us/me even with all the worries that was on every one minds. Sigh.

On the way home I got a blistering sunburn on my hands. The sunburn only covered the parts of my hands that were holding the steering wheele. And I also got some sun on my face. Luckily the weather was not to hot and uncomfortable. All though Saturday night it got down right chilly!! Then it warmed the on Sunday but it was a slow process of warming up! THis week is suposed to be real hot so we are glad that we camping the past weekend.

Nothing much happened. We didn't do to much because every place Bo would have gone to while I was taking a nap was driving distance. And he can't drive. This was one BIG camp ground! Even getting inside the camp site was like a 20 minute drive! He didn't seem to mind to much. And when I did take a nap he took one also!

Well now I have to prove to my parents that this get away did not set me back and start cleaning. So I will chat with you all later!

Thanks for the prayers!

Mo, so good to finally hear from you again! We've missed you!

You don't want to eat? Where can I get some of that from?!

I'm glad you and Bo got a chance to get away, and to have some rest. I hope you don't end up having any setbacks as a result.

Come back and see us more often. You're missed around here!

Has anybody heard from Mo or Bo lately? I've tried emailing them, but haven't got anywhere.

I see her several times a week. She doesn't have a lot of energy. I told her folks here were wondering if she's dead. Hopefully that will light a fire under her chair.
