Arlighty Sharon

BTW, I picked my avatar because it seems to be a contradiction of my humbleness, but also being outspoken. I also picked it because it was another hint where I am from because the Rolling Stones are having a 2005 tour and are starting the tour in Boston at Fenway Park, where the Red Sox play. That is what I thought that you was referring to.

Never thought about the Stones!! But that is really cool. Are you going to go?? I would love to see the Stones!!

You know, there are a few in my life that would think that avatar would be a good one for me. Frankly I don't know see it!!

LOL!!

How can you NOT see it????

Teasing Leah!! If you're thinking along the line I am, besides the fact that I flubbed that line by putting the word know in it, because, I have been know to have a mouth constantly going if you get my drift. LOL!! I am a yakker.

Why would anybody pay to see a bunch of 60 year olds try to act like they're still teenagers? I was never impressed by the Stones. Now if I could get Springsteen tickets...

I'd much rather listen to the Boss, than the Stones. Just a personal preference.

Well, the BOSS isn't going to be in Boston!! (Sharon sticks tongue out at Bill and Trish, LOL!!)

I like the Boss too but my age difference with you two puts me at primo time the Stones got going. I never liked how they looked, but the music made me feel like hopping.

So you're saying that in a very few years, I can act like a teenager, but just not expect any money for it? LOL!

Sad but true!

Sharon, you're not that much older than me! I can remember the Stones' first appearance on Ed Sullivan. I was mad cuz Mick changed the words to Satisfaction.

Bill aren't you still in your 40's? I forget but that's what I'm thinking.

Not that you all should get the impression that I was only a Stones fan, (actually in the very beginning I wasn't, I couldn't stand looking at Mick's facial expressions and I don't think I ever saw a guy that skinny up to that point lol) some of their songs were just a few among many I really loved back then.

Yeah, barely. 47 to be exact. But still, I can remember 1963 pretty clearly.

Bill, I'm older than you and I can't remember a thing about the 1963 culture. When it comes to being aware of the world outside my own little world of church and school, I was completely clued out till at least 1970. (I was clued out except for the most basic stuff--I DID know about the Kennedys' assassinations, I'd heard of Presley and the Beatles.)

Helloooooooooooooooooooooo every one!

All this talk about music! I don't remember much of my baby years.

Well i'm not going to be around much starting about 5:00 this evening. Holiday weekend and all ya know. Bo decided to take tomorrow off so we can have a longer extended holiday. We will probably be working around the house on Friday.

Thanks for all the prayers!

Mo, any plans for the long weekend? Whatever you're doing, I hope you have a great time. I miss seeing you around so much, and talking to you on messenger. I know that it's the way things are at the moment now though.

BTW, I just wanted to set the record straight, Springsteen is not playing Fenway Park because has done so already, taking up the honor with the Parrot Heads, Jimmy Buffet as well.

Hellooooooooooooooooooo every one!

I can come out and play now! Wooooooooohoooooooooooo! At least for a little while.

We had a busy weekend with it being Meorial weekend and all. The church band and choir was invited to play at a, what they call a "Joy Fest". It was held by the lake Michigan' It was fun being there and seeing the lake and watching the boats. We had to be there Sunday and Monday. Saturday was a nice warm day very enjoyable to be sitting out in the open with the sun shining down on you. Monday was the day when the Band and choir played. That was a coooooooooooooooold day! We all were freezing. Sitting out in the sun helped but not much. Both Bo and I got a sunburn on the top of our heads! Ouchy! It was a good time but a looooooong time.I'm not to keen on going out on major holidays like that. I like to spend the time at home to relax with my hubby.

Tuesday was back to the old grind mill. My parents came over and helped me sort out the papers that we needed and they didn't leave till late in the afternoon. Then Bob and I had some queit time then went to bed. Thats all for now.

Hellooooo Mo! Nice to see ya didn't forget about us. Sounds like you've been busy, so I guess we have to let you slide on not playing with us much lately. We sure do miss ya, though.

Hi Mo!! Sounds neat being by the lake and watching the boats and all. Except for the colder day but hey, at least one day out of the two was good. Jeff and I like to hang around home on these Monday holidays too. We had a nice quiet time this weekend basically.

Good to see you again.

Hey Mo. Great to see you again. I've been wondering how you've been doing. John and Joan always ask how you are and if I have any updates on you and Bo.

How neat Mo!! I remember the first time I went tent camping. I really ended up having a lot of fun. The only drawback..."bathroom facilities" LOL! Just have to remember you're not as close to them when tent camping as you are at home usually.

Have a great time!!
