I'm glad to hear everybody had such a good time at Tony's. Sorry we couldn't make it. We are making plans for our daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren to move in with us while our son heads back to Iraq. Seems like he just got home>
We have been to Tony's quite a bit lately. Great food!!! We will be back there on the 4th for Bill's birthday, 2 grandson's birthdays and a farewell to our son. If you want to join us, we have resevations at 2 on the 4th.
Santa, will you be in church Sunday?

My my my, G.I.MOM...you just moved to the top of my prayer list...and your family...and your son! God bless him!..and GOD BLESS AMERICA!
your friend,
PJ

I have a question. Does anyone know if Tony will ship the sweet BBQ sauce? That was so good & I wished I'd bought some to bring home.

I just talked to Keith at Tony's BBQ and yes, they do ship the BBQ sauce. Just give them a call. Click on link below for their phone number and menu and all the sauces they have:

From Tony's newletter:

Things are hopin here at the restaurant this week…it is 4th of July
week and the crowds are here! I think we have met folks from every
state this week and they are loving the food and Gospel Music! It was
great to have The Hoppers and Booth Brothers in this past weekend…
this was the Booths first time and they loved it!

for a matinee performance of "Smoke On The Mountain" a hilarious
production filled with old time Gospel Music and entertainment. Be
ready to LAUGH! After the play we board the bus and head back to
Sevierville to the restaurant for a great meal…after this we will
head down to Ripplin Waters Pavilion for a special tour concert with
me and Kirk! What a way to end two wonderful days of music, fun and
feast!

I also had the ribs Saturday, but did not burp them. They were so good & tender. Meat just fell off the bone.

Well, yesterday me and the new Mrs. stopped in. Tony wasn't there, but Kirk was our waiter. It felt weird having him as our waiter knowing who he was. Jen was kind of oblivious, since she's not a big gospel fan like I am (hopefully that will change). When I realized who it was, I asked him, and he said, "Well, I used to be. Depends if I owe you any money." Anyhoo, it was kind of funny watching him run around, as the place was busy. Great food, however. Jen and I shared a seafood sampler, and it was delicious . Good food. I'm telling my brother that if he wants ribs, stop in here.

At least he didn't throw any straws, silverware, or to-go boxes at ya!!!! He is good!! Both times I've been he's been our waiter and the service and food were excellent!

Next Mull concert will be:
August 2

Gold City
Talley Trio
Michael Combs
Crist Family

Two other concerts later in the year. More on those later.

You can call 1-888-439-1111 for ticket information.

So anyone going to plan a meet and eat at Tony's for this one.

I know some are going to see Greater Vision in Morristown
that night so maybe have an early meet and eat so they
would have time to travel on up to Morristown. What do
y'all think?????

G I Mom: I'm sorry I missed you while you were here. Especially since you were so close to me.

Ever since Santa has been talking about your lunch and the cookies, I have been wondering if you would share your recipe for the choclate oatmeal cookies.

Are you planning to go to the NQC, and will your booth be beside By Faith's booth again?

Just got home from Tony's. Keith is home with his mom and dad. His mom is still recovering from the accident last November. She isn't doing too well. Keith's dad was released from the hospital with out surgery on his face where he hit the steering wheel at impact. The doctors told him his face was too swollen to operate, so go home and then go see the surgeon next week. They still need lots of prayers.
