That is what it is to witness. It's amazing how God uses us ... and so many times we don't ever realize it. And when we do ... WOW!! It gives me chills of happiness!!
God using our experiences to help others.
God used your experiences, Dawn, as you have just made it to the first anniversary of your own father's passing.
So, let me ask you this ... does that bring even more comfort to your heart? To see how God has used your experience?
This verse comes to my mind. It can be used in many circumstances, and I see it here:

Thank you SPORTSmom_4_life. It is always nice when what you share gives hope to others.........but I admit I don't' really share them with thoughts of others.....I mostly post for selfish reasons..........If I don't tell someone.........even if it is strangers online I seriously think I could burst wide open.......
Have you ever felt that way........so moved by something God said or did that if you didn't share it you would explode?
I am such a dork..........I am sitting here smiling big time and laughing out loud at the mental picture of me exploding for pure love, joy and passion LOL.....What a mess that would be...........good thing I can open the cap a little and release some of the pressure here. LOLOLOL

Conversations with God about little things make me smile.
I love his company.......and it is so nice, when trying to get this big old body to move.........I don't have to have to try to speak.........God hears my heart and mind and speaks to me the same way.
Today our conversation was on turtles, running, races, and a deep discussion on relationships.
I smiled as we talked of how sometimes beginning to see a relationship clearly enables you to realize the relationship was far from what you thought it was.....and it sets you free.

I have been thinking a lot about relationships both with men and women in my life.......
In prayer meeting last month, one of the women, saw a picture from God for me.
In the picture I was a little girl of 7 or 8. God, my heavenly father, was putting on my coat, gently brushing my hair back and sliding on a hat. With tender hands he tied the ribbon under the hat into a bow.........The whole picture was that of my father preparing to take me from where I was to somewhere different.
I can't get the imagine painted by her words out of my mind.
I have never had a relationship, with a friend or romantically, where such tenderness and concern for me and my well being was displayed.
It seems I am usually the one putting on the coat on others.........and the thought of being the one who's coat and hat are put on makes me smile so much.
The imagine makes me smile........big time
Because I know without a doubt not only is God preparing me to go somewhere else .......he is also taking me to a place where I will meet and build friendships with others who will care for me as gently and lovingly as he is as he prepares me to go.
God makes me smile.........His way of sharing his love and plans makes me smile........
People bold enough to hear from God and share make me smile.
