When I know in my soul, as I've been having my Quiet Time with the Lord, He just showed me something in His Word, a message for me, one of His countless children.....something special for me. Usually, it is something about confirming His love for me or forgiving me for something I'm struggling with guilt about.

He knows the kinds of things that make me smile, and THAT makes me smile, too.

I am smiling for so many reason

I am smiling because people care enough about me to pray for me even online.

I am smiling because something someone said had me going back and reading some things I wrote just before my father's anniversary...........it was so neat to remember the tears I shed while I wrote then and to realize no tears, only huge smiles, were on my face..........the huge smiles.......to realize how far the Lord has brought me since then.

For so long I was depending on someone else to help me carry my grief........Something amazing happened when I no longer had that person to carry part of it........the weight of it became too great and I had no choice but give it all over to God........and when I did that......I can't explain..........God wiped my tears and replace them with such excitement and hope.

I smile as I realize I am a completely different person then I was such a short time ago.

I smile as I think of haggai and where the Lord says the latter temple will be far greater then the former..........

While I was dealing with my grief I use to pray please Lord just let me be me again. I felt so removed from who I use to be before my father died........but he didn't let me become me again.

No he has taken the remnants of who I use to be and begun to rebuild me into his new temple......and I am telling you.....I can already see how more glorious and beautiful this new temple is from the old one...........the old dawn is nothing but a shadow of who the new dawn is.......and you know what I really like her.........[:D][:D][:D]

I smile because sometimes God not giving us what we want or think we want reveals to us what we really desire and often it is far different then what we thought we wanted.

I smile because God is doing a new thing in me as he reveals to me things which were unknown to me in the past..........

I smile because who I am today is not who I was yesterday and I know who I am tomorrow will not be who I am today...........because God is busy building my life and as far as I can tell he is sure doing a dandy job at it........[:D]

speaking of relaxing at the beach all weekend.........I am so excited.......

I am taking the girls to the beach tomorrow........for a day of sun, surf, picnic, family and fireworks.......I can't wait..........I love the beach......I love building sand castles..........I love playing in the waves.....but mostly I love playing with my girls........

I am so excited.

So excited in fact I can't sit still I need to move.......so with that I am going to go for a walk......

Hey Rach if B wants to go to the beach she may go with us........
