Caribbean Tilapia with Coconut Rice

Yum. You'll have to tell us how it turns out.

One of our all time favorites. dH said he wouldn't mind doubling up on that one, the next time it comes around.

french toast so I could use my new griddle

I bought one too! My pancakes always stuck even though it was supposed to be a non stick pan.

I want to grill some shrimp. Its a stovetop combo griddle/grill. (In an apartment, not supposed to have a grill because some morons put the flames to close to the buildings and catch them on fire)

So hopefully grilled shrimp and brown rice.

I had one and it shorted out. I was so upset. My mom got me a new one for Mother's Day. She said when my first one broke she said to herself "Oh now I know what to get her for MD or her Bday or something"

Tonight: hamburgers cooked outside.

I'm afraid I don't have it; it's a dinner afare meal. But here is the description.

This beautiful flaky tilapia is crusted with jerk seasoning, a combination of onion, garlic, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Paired with jasmine rice flavored with rich coconut milk will create the perfect balance.

Ruth, that sounds so good!

We're having some sort of breakfast tonight -- eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. I don't know if we'll have biscuits and sausage gravy or have the sausage scrambled with the eggs and have pancakes on the side, or put hash brown potatoes, sausage, eggs and cheese all in a casserole. I guess I'll email hubby at work and see how he would rather have it!

Leftovers. I don't really want leftovers, but there they are. LOL Fresh eggs to go with the biscuits and sausage gravy, since most of the homefries are gone.

Was thinking of getting pizza, but forgot it is college graduation weekend in the town the pizza place is. No way am I going back there today!

Sausages and veges.

Yesterday we were given a pumpkin so large that we had to cut it in half and give one half to our neighbours.

Tenderized steak with gravy, rice, green beans, and jello jigglers. We'll have chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
