Probably Hamburger Helper. Mondays are tough for me. (I know it's Wednesday, but it FEELS like a Monday since hubby had a 4 day weekend.) I do have some fresh peas I'll cook up, too.

I ended up making a made up recipe....crescent rolls laid out flat, fill with a mixture of chicken, cream of chicken soup, water chesnuts, and cheese, fold over ends to make a "log", and bake. YUM. Its base recipe was a chicken crescent wreath I've made tons of times, but i didnt have everything I needed. Tonight...who knows. But I am eating carefully this week because I really want a pizza sometime this weekend. But gallbladder hasnt felt "right" so I may not get it.

I will put chicken breast in the crockpot with a can of cream of broccoli soup. I'll serve it with a green salad and probably rice.

Whole wheat 4-cheese ravioli with a chunky "sauce" of zucchini, mushrooms, and diced, canned tomatoes with garlic and basil. And salad.
