Kerr, I'm praying for you and your family!

For those who have been praying for me, apparantly a side effect of the meds, my eyes are extremely sensitive to the sun. I got about 30 minutes from the house and it was so bad I could barely hold my eyes open and my head felt like it was going to explode. I had to turn around and come home.

I'm not complaining because I know it could all have been much worse but I will admit I'm bummed about missing the concert. I have been looking forward to this for months!

But I know that God knows best, we could have had an accident on the way there or back or I could have hurt myself worse, or the baby could have gotten sick. So I'll trust His will and I'm praying for all those at the concert tonight that God will bless and be glorified!

Sorry you missed your concert! I know how much you were looking forward to it. But, there will be other concerts soon, although for such a die-hard fan as you, probably not soon enough! Hang in there. It will get better.

DeeAnn I know the feeling. I am on eye drops for Glaucoma and when they changed my drops about a month ago I suffered the same problem. Any light at all sent stabbing pain through my eyes. I had to wear shades inside as well as outside. I guess I am used to them now so it does not bother me anymore.

Donna, I know but I don't have another Perrys/MTT concert on my schedule until July (that's kind of like GV/Triumphant for you, LOL) and that's too long!!!!

Sam, I've never had any side effects with anything like this and I guess because I have only been out in the bright sunshine limited amounts since I started these, I had not noticed. Or it could be from the new meds I started on Thursday.

Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers!

Please pray for the folks I sing with, Les and Joyce Gandy and his mother, Ida Gandy....

<---These folks....

Ida is in the hospital, and they believe not long for this world. She is 86 (I think thereabouts) but is saved, and is seeing things and people that are not there. Please pray the Lord's will be done here. Thank you.

If you all could please lift up a prayer for me when you pray. I'm going through some hard times and am on the verge of making some difficult decisions that will affect me greatly. I just ask that you pray for God's guidance in my life. Thanks!

Heavenly Father, we come to you this morning with heavy hearts. Our hearts are heavy for our dear friend Terri. We ask that You keep her close to Your heart in this hard time, and that You guard her heart with the peace that only comes from You. We ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

My father went to Heaven last evening about 6:50 p.m.

I was on my way to the hospital to stay the night and allow my mother to get some rest. She said he went very peacefully, with no struggle.

We were expecting this later in the week, but God mercifully, and in response to our prayers, ended his suffering.

Thank you to all of you for your many prayers on our behalf. Please continue to pray for my mother to have strength and comfort.

Thanks again,

Mike

Mike, So sorry to hear about your loss. Your family will continue to be in our prayers. Your Mother especially needs all the encouragement she can get. Thanks Dear Lord for Kerrs Dad's life, death can take away life, but it can never take away memories.

Mike, I'm so sorry you lost your dad last night. We will continue praying for your family, especially your mom. I just can't imagine that kind of loss.

Thank you, Jesus that Mike's dad knew you on this earth and that he's in your arms this morning.
