Yeah, better than the last two nights. I was just too exhausted to stay awake.

And I think it helped that I went to the gym and worked as hard as I could.......

Haven't worn them since Sunday. I may go back over to REI this weekend and get some advice. There's got to be something I can do, short of spending more money I don't have.

I'm thinking I might have to get arch supports for my athletic shoes as well, my feet were hurting at the end of yesterday's workout.

Haven't gotten that far yet. I woke up at the alarm, and now I'm sitting here in my nightgown and robe. I still need to get dressed and figure out what sounds tolerable to eat.

Now, if someone was cooking, I'd eat whatever was there. But when I have to fix it, I get picky.
