Well, we had a very nice camping trip. It rained some Friday night but after we got the camper set up and had a nice camp fire. Saturday I took SIL and K down to the old general store and got them on a one hour canoe trip. They enjoyed that a bunch. Then I fixed them some hamburgers and we watched a couple of movies. This morning we took the camper down and had a nice breakfast at a local mom & pop restaurant.
On yeah, Friday night I grilled a bunch of chicken wings. Yep, a good time was had by all.
Say Darcy, how did your Friday night go? Spill it!

There were four of us, me, David and Miriam (Directorlady), and Pastor J. We had my Mexican casserole, chicken wings with garlic and lime, fruit salad, potato salad, and ice cream for dessert. We talked about EVERYTHING.....we'd talk about really serious stuff for a bit, then we'd be talking about movies or music or bad jokes.....everyone left after eleven, and I had a blast! 
Sounds like you had a wonderful time, Denny.....did you get a nap in?

Good for you Darcy! You pulled it off! (again!)
Sure did Trish! It was good that SIL and K got to spent a lot of uninterruped time with each other. They both had a really good time and I was glad to have a part in it. But I gotta admit, I'm tard!

We may have a picnic here at the house with the neighbors and some friends OR I hear some people at our church are getting together for food and fireworks. Just don't know yet.
