My oh my. I went to this place today that I wanted to try out. It's expensive but I heard they had good food. Fresh and yummy. I ordered a chicken and portabello sandwich. It is by far one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! It came with this special au jus sauce and it had some of that mushroom flavor in it. It also had some kind of vinegar or citrus in it. It was sooooo good! I wanted more. Ha.

WHAT'S FOR LUNCH?

Today's lunch for me was two yummy sandwiches! The first was oven-roasted lean turkey on my organic, sprouted flax seed bread (160 calories), and the second was one tablespoon of peanut butter and one-half a banana on my organic, sprouted, flax seed bread (240 calories!)

(Don't worry, I'll have veggies for dinner!)

Total for lunch: 400 calories.

Lunch today was organic, low-sodium, Potato-Leek soup to which I added cooked fresh greenbeans and some low-sodium chicken bouillon for more flavoring. (220 calories) I also had some fat free cheese (60 calories) and some All-Bran Garlic Herb crackers (120 calories) .... Total Lunch Calories: 400

I had a hodgepodge for lunch.
4 PB and mulitgrain crackers
some baby carrots
a stick of string cheese
unsweetened applesauce
and water
