WHAT'S FOR LUNCH? Today's lunch for me was two yummy sandwiches! The first was oven-roasted lean turkey on my organic, sprouted flax seed bread (160 calories), and the second was one tablespoon of peanut butter and one-half a banana on my organic, sprouted, flax seed bread (240 calories!) (Don't worry, I'll have veggies for dinner!) Total for lunch: 400 calories.
