I have a couple of better favorite quotes:

"Mankind will occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of the time he will pick himself up and continue on as if nothing has ever happened." --Winston Churchill

"The coldest winter I've ever spent was one summer in San Francisco.--Mark Twain

I would sooooo agree with this! Not only is SF strange, but it is always cold too. SF is one of the few places I like less than Reno.

Here is another favorite quote:

"If you are under 30 and not liberal then you have no heart, and if you are over 30 and not conservative then you have no brains!" -- Winston Churchill ...

Hi Ray and Trish!

My back is still healing, while not really hurting per say it still feels stiff. I am still concerned about how long it is taken to heal.

Have you tried any stretches? Right after the heating pad is the best time to stretch things out.

(Assuming that stretching is medically advisable that is.)

The Dr. was supposed to give me a pamphlet on stretching but then forgot. I fortunately have today off, but I am concerned about working for the rest of the week though.

Well...it does say to ask him anything.

Here it is from his profile:

Must have been the year of the asterisk.

A local Chinese restaurant recently had on their sign "The year of the rat".
