Last night, about 3AM, I decided to venture into humor and games folder I have heard so much about. I had a pretty good time trying out each of the games, and eventually realized that I had achieved the elusive milestone of a yahtzee in that thread.

BTW, I now realize that the easiest way to do that is to wait until everyone else is asleep (or get up before everyone), so you have the board to yourself.

Last Saturday, I looked down from a plane and saw, for the first time, the topography of the Smoky Mountains; and then, later on the road, I saw them "upclose and personal" for the very first time.

I finall got to meet Santa, Mrs C., Frog43, Sharon-Marie, zmanfan38 her hubby and GB, and of course Kerrlaw1 and the Lovely Mrs. K. To me that was a milestone.

My "family" was expanded last week to include Sharon-Marie, Sam, Diane, Christi, Chuck and Riley. I didn't know that I knew Robert and Carol.

I have a Milestone!

I just finished the first newsletter for the little church we attend.

Praying it edifies the church and adds to the fellowship!

(also praying that my stress over it will fade away...[&:])

The daughter of my good friend and music legend Randy Flack has passed the bar exam and will be in the public defender's office in Dalton, Georgia.

All of Georgia folks who may be inclined to commit a crime keep this in mind.

I've passed the 10,000 mark! Hey, Daniel, you and I are the only ones that have 10,000+ posts that joined in 2006! Everyone else joined in 2005! What does that say about us??????[:D]

Milestone: Despite the frequent post deletings, I have managed to stay above 10,000 posts for about a year now!

(GVfan--I know that posting in reply is a stretch, but I found a milestone to let me do it! I guess that says we're talkative, at least online!)

Yesterday when I logged off I had 10,300 posts. Today I have 9,700! Somehow overnight I lost 600 posts!!![sm=icon_smile_yikes.gif][sm=icon_smile_faint.gif]

This is a GREAT honor and dream of mine that came true last thursday night(November 1st):

I got to sing my favorite SG song, "I'll Live Again", on stage with my favorite group, the Kingsmen. I was sooo nervous and very very thankful to Bryan, Ray, Phillip, Harold, Brandon, Nick, and Grant.
