If I could of done what you did, Sam, I would have. I didn't, however, have a working number for her son. The number she gave me was when she was on medication so that's why it didn't work.

Thanks, Sam, for finding this info out though. Seriously, I mean that. I really did want to know how MissGizmo is doing. Y'all will have to find it in your hearts to forgive me somehow, please. I am a bit......um........on edge.....tonight.

Except for the unfounded assertion that I might be difficult to live with, all of the above is true.

I came home on Tuesday and plan to stay there this time. I feel very weak and can not do much. I am planning everyday to get on and try to keep up with what all of you are doing. I sure do miss all of you. Again Thanks for all of the prayers. I don't think I would have made it without them.

Our most kind and Gracious Heavenly Father, We, as a group, come before you today to lift our sister Ruth up to your throne. God your word teaches that even the hair on our heads are numbered so with a doubt you know the pain and suffering your Daughter, and our sister, Ruth has been through. We pray that you will grant her the Calm and Peace that can only come from you. We ask that you return the strength that she has lost during this ordeal so that she can continue to go about her daily routine and continue to be the blessing you intend for her to be. Lord in the book of James your word tells us "that if any among you are sick, let them call together the elders to anoint them with oil, lay hands on them and pray, and they shall be healed. God you know we are spread across this great land and it is logistically impossible for us to join together at Ruth's side and physically apply the oil and lay on the hands but yet that is exactly what we are doing in our hearts. We pray that you will find this acceptable and grant our petition.

In the Precious Name of Jesus Christ we Pray and ask these things

Amen.

I do feel much better this morning. Hopeing I will continue to feel good all day, and can find something to do that will not hurt me to do.

Thank you for all of the prayers and concern. They do work I can tell you.

I haven't read this thread in a while, so I just wanted you to know, Ruth, that even though I didn't know all the details about your medical conditions, I've been praying for you. I'm glad you're back and hope to see you here more often, as much as you feel up to it. Healing takes time, so take it slow and easy. You'll be able to keep up with us and your beautiful dog MissGizmo soon enough!

I'm thankful you are feeling better, Ruth. May you continue to get better with each passing day.

And that truly was a touching prayer, Sam.

I went back to the heart doctor today. He tells me that I am making good progress with my recovery. He is not expecting for me to have any more problems, but only God knows that for sure. He will let me drive short distence, but no long trips. I can not go back to work until at least the first of the year. I may decide not to go back after all of this, but I really do not know.

Thank you again for everything all of you have done for me from e mails, cards, telephone calls, and most of all prayers.
