Pooof All your kiddos are missionaries now and live the cozy comfy mud and grass huts in the far, out of way Amazon jungle.

I wish I wasn't feeling so down today and would just have nice weather to fix my yard.

pooooof

She stopped listening to Oprah and now listens to Dr. Phil, James Dobson and Laura Schlesenger...and every time she opens her mouth the sentence says, "Dr Phil said....Dr. Laura said, James says....."

I wish I could ride on our motorcycle today.

POOF! Ah, spring! Lovely warmth to melt the snow, helped along by gentle April showers...and more April showers...and more April showers...and more April showers...and....Now you don't have to worry about fixing your yard. It has become a lake.

I wish my co-workers who smoke would quit smoking, especially the one who already is in bad health from it.

****poofettes**** Your co-workers have all quit smoking except now they're all grumpy old bears who just want to pick a fight about every little thing.

I feel ice cream for breakfast.

*pooof* brr cold, yes you do feel like ice-cream now that I have run a finger across your forehead. (licking finger) hmmmm, New York Super Fudge Chunk at that. Better run before I get a spoon.

I wish I hadn't spilled salt onto my scrambled eggs this morning.

POOF!! Kitty, Kitty! Here kitty, kitty! Now where is that cat? Ever since you matched your furniture to his fur, he's perfectly camaflaged and you can't see him anymore.

I wish we didn't have to have a plumber come to our house today. I work third shift and I want to SLEEP when I go home!

***Poof*** You're so good at choosing gifts that you keep getting invited to anything that's going on and then they phone the night before the event to make sure you're coming even if they don't know you and you don't know them.

I wish I wasn't so tired.

poof.......you're asleep and will stay asleep until someone comes to your door and delivers a pepperoni pizza (hope that you're not too old by then).

I wish I was really good at something.

what do you mean you wish you were really good at something? Poof, you are really good at playing these verbal games! You can go down in Ripley's Believe It or Not as an awesome crosswalk game player. You make us jealous with your wit and humor and wisedome. We need to be reassured so you bring us all cookies. Nice gooey chocolate chip cookies.

I do wish I had some cookies now.

AW LOL you're so sweet.

poof............your dd just joined the Girl Scouts. The whole house is full of cookies. they need to be sold by Monday. btw, she refuses to sell them bc she is boycotting foods using oil gathered on farms that hurt third world country ecology. time for a cooky party. make the tea.

In my dreams, I often can fly. Wish I could really fly up to the top of the cascades and over the ocean.

***piif*** You are soring like an eagle over the wonderous cascades and ocean in your hang glider except now you have to go to bathroom and you've got to find a place to land.

I wish I could find the "ideal" job where people never criticized each other fought.

poof.......you day care babies in your home. they cry, poop or spit up sometimes, but they don't criticize or fight yet.

I never thought of that problem in connection with hang gliding. It was a big problem when driving around NYC doing casework visits. I think if I was above the ocean, I'd just leave a jet stream, you know.

I wish something exciting would happen tomorrow.

POOF!! Something exciting! Your house is on fire!

I wish I had a very yummy snack (something along the lines of chocolate candy or coconut cake or some sort of very goopy dessert made of chocolate or vanilla pudding and whipped cream)

****Poof**** You got your goppy yummy snack except it's very runny and some of the drips are attracting an ant troop to your house and now you've got ants everywhere.

I wish I could figure out what to do with extra stuff that takes up space in the house.

POOF! The ants you sent me turned out to be termites. I'm sending them back to you to eat your extra stuff.

I asked my co-worker for a wish--she said:
I wish I could hit oil like Jed Clampitt.

Pooofta------she hit oil and now all the tree huggers and environuts are mad at her. Not only can she not use the oil but she is having to pay a hefty fine for the clean-up.

I wish folks could take care of their environment without turning into obssesive nuts about it. I wonder if their homes are as pristine as they would tell us to be?

***poofta**** The environmentalistis are using pine needles instead of toilet paper and washing their dishes in the nearby creek.

I wish families could all get along.

Hmm... I'd rather not ruin that wish. I agree with you.

But here goes. Families are getting along...in years. We're all getting older. Sigh.

I wish my house would clean itself.

###poff#### The mice and the spiders are "cleaning" your house in their own special way. Not your idea of "clean" eh?

I wish I knew how to deal with crazed in-laws.

POOF! You have come to the conclusion that the best way to deal with your in-laws is to take the advice of Peter, Peter, pumkin eater and put them in a pumpkin shell. There you'll keep them, very well.

I wish my daughter's cat didn't have an incurable, infectious (to other kitties), feline desease that is so far asymptomatic but means he can't go outside anymore. It makes him so unhappy!
