poof......Annie has an iced chocolate-coffee icecream drink topped whip cream and sprinkles. She decides coffee isn't so bad after all and invites all of CW for iced coffee and scones with raspberry preserves.

I read the grankids a book about a child having a tantrum. When I finished, Monster Boy actually practiced kicking his legs and screaming (he wasn't upset, just working on technique). That eve, he had a ten min. full blown kick the mattress and yell tantrum over who got to use the bathroom first. I wish he would give up the idea of ruling the world - or what he can reach of it.

POOF! Monster boy has just met Bigger Monster boy, who convinces him that his desire to rule the world is not the way to go. Now Monster Boy supports Bigger Monster Boy in his quest for world domination.

I wish this cold would go away. I didn't get one all winter, but now, in the middle of summer...

Hmm, I guess they haven't met Ezri's family yet.

(((poof))) the cold is gone and you are breathing freely. You felt so good that you spent all day outdoors and now you have tingly red skin. Don't peel.

I wish I had a nice big breakfast ready for us.

LOL Actually, MB is the 'baby' and wants to take over from Mom, Pop, and big brother. But I do wonder how he would deal with a bigger evil genius.

poof......there is a great breakfast of hotcakes, sausages, omelet hash browns peaches and mocha. But you have to go to Denny's or IHOP to get it.

I wish I could meet Ezri's family - what are they like?

POOF! You are now standing in the living room of Ezri's house. The entire family is staring at you and wondering how you got there and exactly what your intentions are.

I wish my rising eight grader liked his school and classmates a little better.

Gas prices really came down. There is no longer any gas available now. So it's by foot from now on. Get a bicycle built for two.

I wish I could stand my daughter when we go to the store. She always wants her own way.

POOF! You can now stand your daughter when you go to the store. She sits down, and you stand her up.

Oh, boy! I go from entertaining all of you to entertaining all of my son's eighth grade class? I wish I was a better housekeeper!

You sleep so much that your family becomes concerned about your lack of church attendance and takes you to church in your zip up jammas with feet.

I wish that I could eat German Chocolate Cake icecream with no side effects.

poof....you won! They had a lottery to decide which teachers get to come in early this fall to set up and decorate the classrooms and you won!

I wish the 3 pot roasts I just bought could be cooked without turning on the stove. House is hot enough.

(((poof))) you have the kitchen in a seperate out-building like they used to have in the 1700's. That way you can cook and not heat up the main house, or burn it down if it gets out of control. Now you need extra help to haul all of your ingredients to the kitchen.

I wish I had more people buying my artwork.

poof.......they're buying all your stuff and you're famous. Critics write all kinds of weird articles about the real meaning of your pics and how they relate to your personality and hangups.

I wish our friend who's staying here would find a nice place to live and we'd have the house to ourselves.

(((poof))) how can I ruin that one? well, here goes. They find a great place to live and move out and clean and everything... but you have been such a wonderful host that they brag on you. Now you have many "orphans" asking if they can crash at your place for a "month or so".

I wish the six legged intruders would leave my house and stay outdoors where they belong.

your kids have six legs? Oh the bugs- well poof..they are all outside. As a matter of fact, they are all just outside your door. When anyone comes or goes, they try to hitch a ride. You now have less visitors.

I wish I was back working so I'd have a good excuse not to do errands and chores.

POOF!! You now have a job. As a matter of fact, you have three jobs. You no longer have any time for errands or chores. You no longer have any time for sleeping, either.

I wish it was already Tuesday. My family is going on a mini-vacation Tuesday and Wednesday.

poof........You're now in Tuesday. But the rest of your family is still in Friday and so is the hotel where you made Tues. reservations.

P.S. have fun when you do go.

I wish I could go to Alaska and see the glaciers and seals.

Poof You're on a cruise to Alaska! Except you're going the long way around from the east coast of Canada, through the Northwest Passage so it's taking a long time to get to Alaska. The tickets were a lot cheaper though.

I wish I was over this cold already.

Now how did you get the cold I had in Indianapolis when you are all the way up in Canada? If mine got sent so far away...Poof! Yours is now in Australia. Somebody down under is now suffering your cold. Oh, well, it's winter for them right now, so they won't guess where it came from.

I wish I could think of a good topic to write about for our denominational Sunday School paper. I've written before, but they've changed editors now and don't provide topics anymore.

You could find your topics in the Martha Stewart or Oprah magazines. Especially that new belief system Oprah seems to be into. Write all about that.

I wish I could figure out how to make the right decisions about everything and not waste money or time.

POOF! You've got it all figured out. Now you always make the right decisions. Problem is, now you have to convince other people your decisions are always right.

Hmm. Debunking the ever-so-popular Oprah. I love it. But it would require a lot of work, since I really don't know anything about what she espouses lately. It would also take a lot of courage because a lot of people think she's great. I wish I had a lot of self-discipline courage and less laziness and fear of people disagreeing with me.

(((poof))) you realize that you can get away with alot when you wrap it in humor and now you have created a fabulous comic strip to make your point. Now the editor can't figure out how to fit it into their format and they reallly wanna use it.

I wish m'love and I could find our new home church this Sunday. We both dislike "church shopping".
