After my coffee and granola bar; coffee alone gives me the gitters, I had a pouch of tuna w/a small can of mixed veggies mixed in it; peas and carrots. It's something Mexican's mix together and put on tostadas; not normally for breakfast though. I also put a little jalapeños in the mix. I really wanted the tostadas, but I don't have any baked one's right now. I also had a tall glass of diet coke to wash it down. Isn't that nasty?!!!?? jeje

I eat very strange things for breakfast!

11:30 a.m.
4 oz. bisqek/thin sliced beef grilled w/Pam in a frying pan
1/2 C. boiled beets
1 C. fresh cubed cantaloupe

I get anemic and need to eat things high in iron.

I had about 6 oz celery juice. About an hour later I had plain yogurt mixed with honey, vanilla extract, and cranberry all-fruit spread.

Zip,

Are you loving your juices? I have been toying with the idea of getting a juicer (or attachment) Would you recommend it?
