I'm having a hard time finding veggies that I enjoy juiced and want to avoid too much fruit juice because of sugar content. But I'm trying it. I do love the fresh fruit juices and that I can make ones you normally find with sugar added w/o sugar. I also love the idea of having the extra nutrition that you lose with a bottled juice. But there is a huge learning curve- mentally and for my taste buds. I've been surprised taht I like cuke and celery juice when I don't care for those veggies... and that brussel sprout juice is gross and stinging when I love those. Go figure!! I bought The Complete Idiot's Guide to Juicing which has been great. I just wonder if it's a "complete guide" or a "guide for complete idiots?"

In the end, I would recommend it... but it is a lot of work learning about the juices and find ones you like.

I can assure you it only happens at breakfast b/c I'm not a fan of 1.) most breakfast type foods or 2.)cooking/preparing when I first wake up.
