I am sorry!! I had been hoping you were well- your dinner and lunch menus haven't been including eggs, so I thought you might be better. [:)]

I took a leaf from Harvie's page and had a savory breakfast sandwich- Whole Wheat toast, hummus, red pepper, tomato, and spring mix lettuces. It was yummy, but I definately don't have the art of making a veggie sandwich- it kept falling apart. Does anyone have any secrets to help me for next time?
