Luke 12:2 There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed,
or hidden that will not be made known.

God promises to do this with our sins...

Forgive them all. 1 John 1:9
Cast them into the sea. Micah 7:19
Take them away. Isaiah 6:7
Cover them up. Psalms 32:1
Blot them out. Acts 3:19
Put them away. Hebrews 9:26
Remember them no more. Hebrews 8:12

Repent - what are you waiting for?

Job 35:10
But no one says,
Where is God my Maker, who gives songs in the night.

If you are in tune with Christ,
You can even sing in the dark.

Joel 2

12 That is why the Lord says,
“Turn to me now, while there is time.
Give me your hearts.
Come with fasting, weeping, and mourning.
13 Don’t tear your clothing in your grief,
but tear your hearts instead.”
Return to the Lord your God,
for he is merciful and compassionate,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
He is eager to relent and not punish.

today is the day of salvation, turn to God now and let Him love you with an unfailing love.

Ephesians 1:6
To the praise of his glorious grace,
which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

God accepts all who accept His Son.

1 Timothy 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

Paul uses active and forceful verbs to describe the Christian life. We must have an active faith, obeying God with courage and doing what we know is right.

Proverbs 23:4
Do not wear yourself out to get rich;
have the wisdom to show restraint.

Dont spend your time chasing fleeting earthly treasures. Instead store up treasures in heaven, for such treasures will never be lost.

Luke 6:46
“Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

Obedience in the sight of the Lord is pleasing in His sight.

1Peter 2:24
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree,
so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness;
by his wounds you have been healed.

If you are longing from sin to be free,
Repent to God and,
Cleanse within you will be.

Romans 8:3
For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son.

With Jesus I’ll walk step by step,
By Him my salvation is kept.

Timothy 2:5

For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity-the man Jesus Christ.

He alone atones for the sins of those He saves.

Colossians 3:5

So put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within you. Have nothing to do with sexual immorality, impurity, lust, and evil desires. Don’t be greedy, for a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world. Because of these sins, the anger of God is coming.

Kill the sinful nature lest you fall into sin again. Flee from the temptation to sin God always grants a way out.

Psalm 64:10
Let the righteous rejoice in the LORD
and take refuge in him;
let all the upright in heart praise him!

God is our strongtower and worthy to be praised.

2Samuel 12:7
Then Nathan said to David, “You are the man!

2Samuel 12:13
Then David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the LORD.”

It takes much grace to judge ourselves;
Vanity is strong.
God blesses the soul that cries out;
Lord forgive me; I am wrong.

Lamentations 3:6
He has made me dwell in darkness

Lamentations 3:26
...it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD.

God takes us into His darkroom,
To develop His Godliness in us.

for it is light that makes everything visible. “Wake up, O sleeper,
rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

To defeat sin, get rid of its breeding ground.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah.

Psalm 46:1-3

We can run to God no matter what the circumstances.

Luke 4:8
Jesus answered, “It is written:
‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’”

The more we serve Christ,
The less we serve ourselves.

Psalm 59

16 But I will sing of your strength,
in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
my refuge in times of trouble.

No matter what, good or bad, we should sing praises to the Lord, for He is our fortress, our refuge.

Ephesians 4:31

along with every form of malice.

It’s not always kind to respond in kind.

James 4:3
When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives,

James 3:17
But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

There is strength in gentleness.
