I would guess DenimDiva, but only because she and MrsTracy mailed their's out in the right time frame and my package was not from Wisconsin (and MrsTracy is).
Again, that's pretty slim evidence and I'm probably wrong but it's my guess and I'm sticking to it!

I'm guessing Beth (crimsonfollower)...in her note she mentioned that the book is by one of her favourite authors, and she also mentioned the favourite author in the info about herself!
